"Must Christians confess to another human for repentance?" answer by a Christian mag

As the counsellor of a fast-growing Nigerian Online Christian magazine rightly comments, one common issue believers of all religions (not only Christians!) experience is the dilemma we face on a daily basis – in making the right choice between two or more alternatives.

As against the popular belief(s) of various religions, denominations and cultures – and some schools of thought – that the sacraments of confession and penance make us get forgiveness for our "mortal" sins, a counsellor in The Booth blatantly says NO; “It’s not necessary to confess to a human factor for complete repentance.”

Unfortunately I can’t go into details here, but the counsellor has his own valid arguments. And also tells us the only time confessing to another human is required.
